Chinese Week at the School of Business and Economics

Von: Christian Berger

During the coming week the School of Business and Economics will be celebrating its first "Chinese Week". The Chinese Week is organized as part of the celebrations of the 200th anniversary of the Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin and intents to bring together researchers, students, alumni and practitioners interested in broadening the Chinese - German relations. Ever since its re-foundation in 1993, China has been a major Partner for the School of Business and Economics with more than 100 Chinese students since then graduating alone in the international MEMS-Program of the School.

Besides of an interesting academic program the Chinese Week also intents to forward the academic cooperation. Students will discuss about their experiences in China and alumni about finding a job in Germany. Also we will have detailed information for German students of how to apply for university funding if they plan to study in China. Students and alumni interested are very much invited to join the Chinese Week on Wednesday 21st at 13.00 in the Heilig-Geist-Kapelle.
